The nuclear attack actually failed and the humans were forced to blacken the sky. The machines knew the humans would use nukes and were prepared for them.
Also he said the part about the boy seeing agents was a metaphor (I haven't seen all of the animatrix)
So two of his main points are blown. And after re-reading his theory that the agents are previous ones more and more of it is starting to seem bogus.
He just wrote so confidently that it was easy to believe. <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd--> you need to actually watch the damned thing. If you were to watch it you would find that it says "the prolonged barrage engulfed zero-one in the glow of a thousand suns, but unlike their former masters with their delicate flesh, the machines had little to fear of the bombs radiation and heat, thus did zero-ones troops spread outwards in every direction. so the leaders of man conceived of their most desperate strategy yet, the destruction of the sky" Now according to this guys theory this all makes perfect sense. for one, the emp was COMPLETLY ignored. It was never mentioned. So to further pull the veil over the machines eyes, the key aspect that would stop te machines was conveniently NOT mentioned. Also, as the theory stated they continued to make the machines believe they won. If you had read youwould have read that he said the zion archives were machine made, as such they hold the false information of the final battles. If your really going to try and disprove the theory at least do it right. Also, the theory stated that the blackening of the sky was symbolization of the veil pulled over their eyes. Great how they pull that veil after the barrage of nukes that would have so eloquently shut them down by emp.
also it never once mentions emp, not even that the machines were prepared for it. Abscene of a scientific fact shows hidden meaning. The fact that emp would exist and would shut down many of the machines at a minimum was ignored. Never even mentioned. The veil has been pulled over some peoples eyes.
I shouldn't have read that. Now it wont be so mindblowing in the theaters(if the theory is right), though now I appreciate W. Brothers work and scripts much more.
People are going to be so amazed. Heh, just remembered one guys sig said "Dreaming of Zion" <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> Haters are going to be even more amazed <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
From 50 reasons to reject Matrix: <!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->Think you're missing something special by staying home? What the hell on NASA is using their funds? "Hey, what did you guys in NASA did last week?" "We used 50million dollars on experimenting how humans behave in supersonic speeds. It seems that such a velocity tears male-subjects genitals off" "Oh. Well, keep up the good work"
That guy doesn't clearly undestand how Neo does his stuff in Matrix XD
Edit: I read some more and now I know that the guy is joking <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
Edit2: "He's been going for ten hours straight. He's a machine." Oh the irony.

if the commnetary had said

Either way it it would be neat if at the end of the movie the camera zooms out through that maginifed green code letters out of a PC moniter of some guys desk in the real world. The guy being a tech overseeing the prison fake world for the marchines. Then the camera continues to zoom out the window and we see a perfect futuristic human run society. Then you can turn to your friend and be like, Ha Told ya so! <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

In final flight of the Osiris, he sees -Mark VI 16- and looks in the BIBLE for a possible hidden reference, and actually finds one?
Amen
Only Revolutions will give us the final answer in regards to what the matrix <b>actually</b> is.

One major problem, how are the Zion inhabitents gaving birth ?
BTW, you can make electronics EMP proof.
