    I meant steam, and yes, I was just tring to be helpful, cause I know a lot of people who play NS have theirs modded off of CS. Just thought they oughta try the legal version...and super upgraded, too.

    I think what he's trying to point out here is that owners of retail CS can download the SP game Half-Life for free with Steam. In addition to that, it's actually <i>legal</i>! So if you own retail CS and have never played HLSP, once Steam comes out, check it out.

    You can't play NS (or any other half-life mods) over steam except the ones directly supported by it, which at the moment is just CS, DOD, TFC, Ricochet, and Opfor.

    Actually, I don't think DoD is supported...I'm looking all over this thing, and I don't see anything related to DoD. Arg.

    And not "made" by Valve like CS and DOD, but "made" by Valve like TFC...
