Ns_Cyclone Beta 2

Changes :
*Main Marine Bunker has been redone - to help marines live longer <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
*Extra level under bunker - cannot weld windows
*Marine Bunker now has weldable windows - add stradegy and make bunker better
*Cyclone room has been redone - to make it more usefull for both sides
*Vent added in aliens base - to make jetpacks a little more viable
*Cieling raised in hives - to make jetpacks a little more viable
*Marine Start Redone - Doors added and is now a split entrance
*Timer System Added - When a player enters a team a countdown starts - cl_autohelp
must be set to 1
*Countdown will not reset until levelchange! So when round ends don't be surpirsed
if door doesnt open!
*Main Doors widened - Both sides see more and harder to defend overall
*Marines have another rt inside thier base - have a chance to push back aliens at end game
*Aliens have two more rts - speed up res a little
*Door Timer now set to 7minutes 30seconds - Aliens and Marines should have time
to set up defenses and aliens should have more rs when doors open
*And a bunch of small changes that i dont remember <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
*Overall I hope this build is more balanced

Known Bugs :
Counter does Not reset when RoundEnds

    Your last one made it into our map cycle. I am replacing it with this one now.

    Thanks for the .res file! It helps me alot!
    But no need to include the .res in the .res file, as it is a sever function and does not need to be downloaded by the client.
