Server All Set Up

<div class="IPBDescription">now to find ppl...</div> well i have my server all set up the way i want it (except the mp_serverops stuff isn't working but its ok) so i was wondering, whats the best way to attract ppl to my server? i remember a while ago playing on a server and some kid was like everyone come to my server its new and the server we were in was like no advertising.... so how do i find people to play?

is there a surefire way of getting ppl?

Good ping, good players, good admins, those attract players most.

I have all these....One must have LOYAL players that will join when the server is empty inorder to start a game up with random pubbers or other regulars. I have many regulars that love my server but won't join if its not got atleast 8 players on it. Its the type of players you end up with. My new conditions for admin power are that they will assist in filling the server as i no longer have the time or patience like i use to. Basicly you will have to join and wait on your server. It sucks, but it works
