<div class="IPBDescription">rendered image :D it turned out nice</div> ok well I like how people make rendered images by putting the models in a certain position etc on a nice background. so I thought id give it a good try. I dont see many about gorges, so I made one. afterall. the gorge is the best part <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
sorry but to make it look more real i used the default gorge as it gives the most feel for this pic

I can make out 2 OCs, a RT, the gorge and the right wall.
Be nice if I could see more ^_^
maybe your lightness is too low, or mine is too high <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

You've got me interested in rendering something now but where do I start? I take it you get a pic of a model from HLMV but what program do you use to render and how?
Are there links to help somewhere?
Thx

thats what i also wish to find. very nice work kylie. i like them alot.
its rather simple, mind you this was my first time rendering and its pretty easy <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
the 2nd brighter one is indeed better
Make some more, maybe an ambush, a combat situation, a skulk snoozing off on a ledge in marine start, something fun <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
Looks very good and not so "fake-ish" like the other pics using this technique
job a good un, make more <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
Cheers
but the gorge one i think needs to have bars up top above the gorge with light shining through onto the gorge...that would look sweet. but its your picture, and sexy at that.
