<div class="IPBDescription">Hope from a different perspective</div> Savage's face was sweating. "Sir, you say these Kharaa aliens are managed to wipe out some of our top vessles with little resources? I was just wondering what if one of those ship's computers stayed in auto pilot to back to home?" He asked, "Make sure we never find out ok Savage?" I replied, as I hopped into my Command Chair. A familiar voice greeted me as my eyes adjusted and I was sealed in. I looked at all six of them on my little screen, they looked so expendable now. Their names below them on little circles, their little 3D body popping out. They all looked the same. Now's when I realized what I said led them to victory or defeat, life or death. I punched in a little command and an armory appeared from the ground up, in little shiny bright blue light. I searched around the ship using the little nanites to figure out what was ruined, what was in tact, also where the bacterium was set heavy for their hives to be generated. "Alright boys, there's a resource location right outside this here outpost. You think 5 of you could handle it? Yeah Rockwell I want you to stay back just in case." I told them, they listend, it was as simple as that. No replies verbally, just action. "Watch your two o' clock I see movement" I yelled just as I saw it on the screen. Guns blazed away wasting little slugs into the wall, my men hit their mark. Four of the little aliens ran out in a straight line and just got mowed down, I could feel their bacterium head back to where it came. Didn't phase the guys a bit, maybe it should of, maye this shouldn't seem so routine. "Nice shootin' boys, now build." I said as I made the tower apear just like any other building. My plan was simple, see what sort of upgrades I could get into the nanites in their ammo and armor. I gave them a command to head towards one of the hive locations, I heard something there but I wasn't sure. "Sir this human sentry thing isn't really my gig?" Rockwell complained. "You're the best shot, these buildings are important to this entire team we have." I replied, "Sorry sir, I just wanted to see some action." I wonder why these volunteers are so eager to die, maybe the parents should of given out more hugs. "What the hell?!? Commander there hive is here already, what did u send us into?" Savage screamed yet whispered over the radio. I quickly scrolled my screen over to their location, no movement around them, an alien resource tower nearby, and the biggest uglist egg-like thing I've ever seen attached to the ceiling." Oh I knew what to say next "Unload boys, fire at will." I heard gunfire, then sidearm ammo, and I could swear I saw one of the soldier's knife fly into the thing. I heard clips being inserted, shells hittin the ground, and saw the scariest thing I've ever seen. The sad part is it was just blue rings on my screen, but a lot of them heading from all directions. Before I could even tell them I heard the hive let out a cry, I swear it did. And all the movement stopped. The trained marines cried out in victory, even covered in slime and skin. I seem to of gotten us through it, but maybe that was a blue circle I saw moving away. Oh well, we won, it seemed like such a game but we did, we won.
