Go there and click on the mapping guide. It goes through all the basics of setting up a map for NS AND includes a sample.

Just a friendly remider, there is a webbed mapping forum faq as well as a search function, between the two the answers to 95% of all questions can be found without the hassle of clicking the new post button.
