Avatar/posting Problems..

I tried my new one and it worked, so I can get in it now. But I cant set an avatar for that name or post on any fourms. What happened?

I am very very very confused. Very confused. You have 2 names on this board? You might want to check that account to see if was banned or deleted (since you have the new one.) Most people (as in everyone) should only have one account name. you don't need 2-5 for posting in this forum. outside of that, I still don't get what the heck you're talking about. describe the problem a little better (need more details than "I can't post or update avatar," try telling us what it says whenever you try to do that stuff) Also, why do you have 2 names? you only need one, and I think you're only allowed one.
