Loss On Netgraph And Upgrading Quest

I have a 2.4 ghz, 512 ddr, gef 4 ti 128 leadtek 4600, and a crappy monitor(that i like).
In game i have been doing rate 4000 up to rate 9999 i got dsl. i am getting loss. like 4-7. not alot, but when u paid 450$ for your card, it ticks u off.

Loss is network (and to some extent server) related, nothing to do with anything else. When you say loss of 4-7, do you mean total percentage of data? Can you explain your numbers better. Also, post the following from your \NS\config.cfg file:
cl_rate
cl_cmdrate
cl_updaterate
pushlatency
rate "8000.000000"
cl_updaterate "20"
cl_cmdrate "30"
no pushlatency in config
maybe u forgot cl_pushlatency or something..
and i meant 450$ for my grpx card. im running a deluxe dsl 2wire router, normal network from motherboard.
