Failing To Connect

<div class="IPBDescription">can't get into NS</div> Always when I try to pllay on-line I have the hardest time to get into any game.
Normally, I chose the server I wanna enter, and click on it to connect. OK, the screen shows the info about the server, rules, etc. But after, when the game is about to start, the game suddenly stops and the console appears, saying things like "no IPX support" or "your IP os 22, not 40" (they don't say EXACTLY this, but things of the sort).
This is what happens on most of my atempts to play on-line, but sometimes I get lucky and manage to enter the on-line game.
Could someone plz help me solve this.
