In my opinion, complaining over someone upgrading lvl 1 guns before lvl 1 armor is total nitpicking and ego-boosting perfectionism. It might have some importance in extremely high quality games or scrims, but in publics you should be damn glad if you get upgrades at all in the first few minutes. If theres nothing better to complain than that, you really have a golden spoon in your mouth and a super-quality server. I envy you...
