Vsync

<div class="IPBDescription">Where's the option?</div> I have a pretty decent computer. I should be able to max out the fps to 100 for most of the time. However i cant. The reason for this is that windows xp forces a refresh rate of 60hz when you enter open gl. I've read roobs guide and he suggested turning vsync off and using a program to force your refresh rate to 100hz. I tried using the program and it worked fine when i was in the game. However the HL launcher was off to the side and i could barely see a thing. The same thing happened in other games, not just their launcher but the actual game. This meant that i couldn't play about 1/2 of my games. It would have been a pain to reconfigure the program every time i played ns so i decided to just switch off vsync. However i can't find the option to do that. I've looked in my graphics card properties, my display settings, everywhere but i just can't find it. Can someone help me please. I have a GeForce3 ti 200 if that makes any differance. Thanks

right click on your desktop then go to "settings" then go to "advanced" then go to your gf3 tab , Vsync is under the opengl part.
