Missing Grill

hey guys, 2 questions:

-Sometimes the grills that need to be welded open (forgot the map name) don;t show up. It looks open until I run into it and realise that they don't draw

-How can you tell what your refresh rate is in NS? net_graph only shows the fps.

The map your talking about is ns_caged. I think it's a bug.

Net graph 1, 2 or 3 maybe.

FPS: at the console, type:

cl_showfps 1

...that's about the least CPU-intensive way to do it.

Also, there's a bug with welds not showing up when turning off the help tooltips, IIRC. Pop over to the beta forum and check the 2.0 changelog, it's mentioned as being fixed in there.

You can see it on your monitors OSD (at least i have it there). HL dont displays refresh rate. If your monitor dont has OSD theres a relatively accurate method of estimating it, but it depends on each person because not all people have the same ability to see the refresh in action.
