question: Evil is not a german as I know but why is there a german headline on www.readyroom.org ( ACHTUNG BLITZ!!! ). I recognized this a few times, but I don't understand it...

    PR Blitz = PR campaign. Blitz is german meaning "lightning"(blitzkrieg) so he just threw in the ACHTUNG!(Warning!) part.

    Or then he is crazy!

    Indeed - or derived from 'BlitzKrieg' - The Lightning War; a German tactic from WW1 which more or less involved lots of stuff (especially tanks) at one part of the enemy line hard and fast
