I Cant Connect Help?

Hi guys I have been trying for ages to connect multiplayer for ages and all I get is could not get ipx socket name, also it tries to connect and fails after 4 attempts.

Can anyone help?

    Do you do this through the console or from the Multiplayer list?

    First make sure that if you have an firewall, it allows natural selection to connect, secondly check if you're connecting from the multiplayer list, that the server you're connecting to is actually an NS server, and if you connect through the console, use gametiger.net or another game server site to find servers..as for the IPXsocket thing, I believe thats cause you're not using a joystick, I believe all people get that, except the joystick..ers..

    If you still have connecting problems then I'd say it's a problem with NS not being able to get to your internet connection. Firewall mebbe? Router? :/
