Comm Can't Select Buildinds Near Each Other

<div class="IPBDescription">search yields nothing...</div> I've messed around with VHE a bit, made a few test maps, etc.

Everytime I make a map, the comm can't select a building that's close to another one. I need to build stuff about a screen away from the other building before I can select it. otherwise it just sticks to the previous selected building.

any ideas?

    There are some glitches in commander mode, I don't think it was easy to make HalfLife like it, but I don't know anything about the coding involved. I doubt it has anything to do with your map specifically, unless you have something unusual like a sloped floor.

    Heres something I found out while making and testing ns_slippery, if the commander is too high up, he will have problems selecting the correct building, could that be it?

    I think I know what your problem is.
    Commander has trouble selecting buildings which Z-coordinate of 0. You should raise or lower your floor to fix that bug.

    hehe, I like these bugs. Did you know there is a damage type that drops all your HP, but doesn't make you dead? So you can run around with a twisted view as a zombie...harhar.     another thing, anyone know of a tutorial that explains what is reset at the start of a round? I've got a weld point that triggers an explosion which breaks glass. everything is reset, but when I weld the weld point, the explosion doesnt trigger, and when I shoot the crate it explodes, but the glass doesnt break. anyone? <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Hopefully this will be fixed in 2.0 so that all the reseting works properly.
