<div class="IPBDescription">Problem with my fgd file</div> Hey,
I haven't been mapping for a while, well started a few days ago, but I have nearly completed my ReadyRoom but when I try and set the info_player_team or whatever it is to make you join a certain team its not there. I am really frustrated with this as I am using the origional NS fgs that comes with it.

Help would be really appreciated <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

Thanks, Dokadola

    You need info_join_teams for both teams in the rr and info_team_starts in the game. Don't forget to set the team flags for every team. This works, no excuses. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

    You do realise it's a brush entity, right?

    Create a brush covering the entire area that you want to make you join a team, give it the null texture then tie it to the entity info_join_team. Then in the entity properties set the team to either team 1 (marines) or team 2 (aliens).

    This will work.

    Then just place your info_team_start entities in their respective places (marine start / hives).

    Hope this covers your problem.
