Cloaking

Another question
Is cloaking like 1.0 (completely invisivble?) Or is it like 1.04 (semi invisible?) I was wondering this because a cloaked Fade/Onos is very very easy to spot when cloaked... Skulks can use this to the biggest advantage because it's easy for them to hide in the shadows and ambush, it's a waste of 2 res for most of the other classes.
I think cloaking should be made invisible again, or make it class dependent (better for bigger creatures, or Gorge can go completely invisible.) Or how about make it so Skulks can move for a few seconds when cloaked later in the game (3 chambers or 3 hives?) This would counter the problem that people have been talking about where Skulks are useless in the end of a game.

cloaking is completely invisible when standin still.
If your in the cloaking radius of a sensory chamber, you can move and remain cloaked, attacking uncloaks you however.
This means silence upgrade whilst being in a SCe's cloaking radius - supa-ninja-skulk action
