I didn't even want a custom sprite!
Alright I hope whoever reads this gets a kick out of it. I installed many custom maps, ok more like 10 so not many. Anyway, I dont think its the actual sprites that did this (For obvious reasons. Why the heck would a map come with a muzzle flash) Below you'll see a screeny of the new muzzleflash. It appears at random, for the entire game. I reconnect and sometimes its their and sometimes not. Whatcha think? (Its an obvious sight advantage, and I'd rather not use it because that would be cheating) Heres the screenie.

what to get a zip extracter that will show you the dirs that it includes
then see if any of them go into the sprites dir
......
wait that makes no sense
it only shows up at random?? not always??
........
well try what I said, see if you can find any thing (though now I doubt that you will)
hmmm, mabey some one else knows
lol, the fact that it showes up at random bugs me...
mainly b/c it SHOULDN'T beable to do that. There is a set file that NS usses for the muzzle flash. That file would HAVE to be changed inorder to do anytihng (unless like it installed a program that randomly renames the 2 files back and forth... But that would jut be wierd )
Thats how i did it and i get no probs.
