like many of the English persuasion, Aelius, your perception of the function of words is flawed. You ascribe to 'flaming' too narrow a definition and are either too dense or too devious to attribute a more ambiguous and useful meaning to the term.
note to others, I do not hate English majors, I have plenty of friends who are, and I myself enjoy reading and used to enjoy writing, if only creatively.

By this time, the aliens are subscribed to the fact that they are done, yet, the marines were having similar troubles. What was amazing was that the marines were so used to playing against carapaced skulks that sensory chambered cloaking skulks scared the living bejeesus out of them. The game was ultimately more frustrating for the marines, due to them losing against Sensory chamber aliens <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->
being gorge rushed in the closing stages by the whole alien team, when the only thing attaking the base are the ocs concentraating on the comm chair, and once that is down, then the armoury, then the arms lab, then the observatory. im not sure if they ever got round to attaking the ips, i was long gone. i love F4.

My team are all noobs so i explain the game to them and those with mics catch on faster than the rest. I give a bunch of waypoints to res nodes in groups of two and keep a guy or two at base.
After a short while the skulks come but it's only 3 of them and the marines at base are all the way across the room and should be able to put a couple of clips into them. wrong. They take down our armory and IP and then i have to get out, kill them, jump back in put down another ip and armory. I notice that all the guys had been killed by skulks while waiting for me. They complain that they were waiting and were at the waypoint but i explained that the base was under attack.
oh no. Again the skulks destroy everything. at this point im psd. Now i decide its best if all of them stay at base since it takes about 5 of them to take down one skulk. I drop a welder for myself and weld cargo open. Now we'll camp with 2 res nodes and get upgrades. A short while later we have JP HMG and lvl.2 upgrades. I drop JPs and HMGs and send them off to destroy a hive (they have 2 by this point and the 3rd is going up). I assume they are waiting for Onos to attack since i've not seen a fade yet. All my guys get killed since they just land in the bottom of vent and shoot from the ground. yummy skulk meal.
Screw this. I get out of the comm chair drop myself some equipment and proceed to take out all the hives myself. There are 2 aliens let, no hive, only gorge and skulk. I say quick everyone search the map and look for aliens. They all die on OC chambers but i find the aliens in Data core. They are putting up a hive and i shoot it down to almost nothing. Then after putting another half of my clip into a skulk i die. (!?!?) Then we loose to a skulk rush. well one skulk. who takes down our base while im attacking.

I'm sorry if I stepped on someones toes, or if I might have upset some feelings, it was not my true intention. Also my apollogies to the moderators if this expression of thought broke the forum rules.
