Right, my comp keeps dying when i play games. It crashes with a bluescreen, saying my computer got stuck in an infinite memory loop or something like that. It said i should update my drivers. I have never ever done this, and ive had the comp for more than a year. Im running NT *I think*. Where can i check what version im running? Plus, my video card is a "Cyber Blade Ai1" and i cant find **** for it. Any help?

Try Windows Update to update your softwares.

If you want to see the basic version of what OS you're running, just hold down your Windows key (between ctrl and alt) and the pause/break key (along the top right od your keyboard). It will open the system sheet that tells you your OS version.

You need to write down the *exact* error message your screen is showing if you want us to be able to really help you. Without details, we cannot.

    /me shakes head

after typing your vid crd into google the first one I got was <a href='http://www.video-drivers.com/drivers/36/36548.htm' target='_blank'>this</a>
A driver for NT4 and your card. IF you are not running NT4 you can probably find a driver for your system on that webpage..

Type dxdiag in a run screen (start, run, dxdiag, enter) and check what brand of vid card/sound card/etc, then look for drivers on google.com or look for the company website of your vid card and the sorts.

Lets say you have an nvidia card, go to nvidia.com and look for drivers. Etc.

Try uninstalling the video card drivers in install/uninstall programs if possible before re installing the graphics card drivers.

You might also wan't to create a restore point when you have installed the drivers and got it working flawlessly again so you can go back if anything bad happens in the future.

If you haven't defragged in a long while, do it it will really help hard disk drive performance a lot.
