My case is the biggest piece of crap, each side of it doen't even match on colour and many more things, it cost about £30 which is very cheap, I suppose it's good for the money but still, i hate it.

This is the one I'm probably going to get, along with a side panel with a fan from Antec for an extra $15.

My case is a Apple Mac G4 case stripped of all the innards and PC stuff put into it. A Hard job but it bloody looks amazing. Apple make the best computer cases! This Mac was unfortuantely blown up in a power surge, so I thought bugger it use the case, and it looks gr8!

No offence Mullet, but I'd think if my friend got a case with Spiderman's face carved on the side, I'd give him a swift backhand.

I didn't even realize it was spider man at the time, and ALSO at the time, I just got it because it was cheap and nice looking.

I managed to silence fans in my comp a lot using high pressure vaseline and liquid silicon.

I found a chieftec case on newegg like the one I was originally going to get, but this one includes power supply so I'm gonna go for it. Nice suggestions though.

I will not lie, most case designs are stolen from Lian Li. Looking at some of the cases already, I believe some of them to have been resold from Lian Li, which is legal. The company's site is www.lian-li.com. What you really want to do is search any site for Lian Li cases. Even do a Google search for Lian Li and find a retail distributer. These cases are very customizable.

Most people think "Why buy an Antec case when they just stick a power supply in a Chieftec case, and I can get the Chieftec for cheaper?"

Trust me, get the Antec. The Chieftec case is great, but the power supply is where the extra cost really comes in. If you ever have a problem with your motherboard and call up the mobo manufacturer, I can tell you from experience that their very first question is "What power supply do you have?"

If it's not an Antec, they say "It's probably your power supply, try a new one."

If it is an Antec, they ask another question or two and follow those with "Alright, send it back, we'll replace it."

The Chieftec + Antec power supply is more expensive than the Antec bundle is.

UPDATE: Wow, that's a pretty good thirteen thirty seven post.

I've had excellent luck with Thermaltake power supplies, too.

I have 430W power supply, one day about month after i bought it i was playing some game (name doesnt matters), then i heard *boom* or maybe something more close to exploding percusse. Immediatelly i realized that its the same sound as exploding condensator...but the comp was still running. I opened case and searched on my MB for "opened" condenzator but found nothing. Then i though i had hearing things or such or it was some strange sound error and was playing the game again. Then after some time i shutted the computer down. Next day i pressed the power button on my comp, the power led blinked for about half second, ventilators moved a bit and...nothing. I tried again and nothing happened. I turned off the power supply, then on, pressed power button and...power led blinked ventilators moved a bit and that was all. I took the PS out and then i found out that theres something rattling inside...i looked thru the holes in the PS and saw a condensator, totally dead and SEPARATED, both its legs were cut . Luckily, i still had my old case with 250W PS so i use this one and luckilly the computer starts and everythong seems fine. After all i got the 340W PS replaced (althrough it took about month ) and luckilly it is still working (for 5 months now). Good thing is althrough my PS was dead, it hasnt took any other computer part with it (my MB, processor, memory, sound card and HDD were just few days older than the PS!).
