Free Map Over-view

Whenever I look at free map over-view (in any mod, may it be DoD or CS) it brings me down to about 1 fps. -_- I have a GeForce4 MX420 64MB card (PCI card... I'm poor gimme a break) Any ideas on whats causing this?

I've got a Geforce 4 MX <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> I get 99fps <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

It could be your processor or amount of RAM. How much do you have?
