Skulks were made buffer, then decreased, and I think in the end ended up a little buffer than 1.04. However, you mentioned an upgrade... Thus, I assumed you meant carapace. Care to expand on "upgrade"?

Your sentence was gramatically incorrect. It should have been "Did they take out the upgrade for the skulk?" As a result, I assumed you MEANT "did they take out the upgrade for skulks?", which sounds like carapace (which is used OH so often by skulks).
