greys is a hand to hand design..the pic you posted is a bullpup loader.. greys looks more like a integrated silencer..like the mp5sd5.. and i have to say that greys concept is more functional than this model... the model just looks cool... but it would not really work like that in real life... just looking cool isnt all..
i like it, but it doesnt have a good slot for ns. see the lmg is kinda an assault rifle, the HMG is support/ storming weapon. so what i'd do is ask 2 make a suggestion box for ns v3.0, and put in that u would like more marine weaps, like a sub-mac to replace the pistol or flamethrowers.

lmg is little more than a pea shooter. hmg is an assault weapon. Grenade launcher is support.
I think it would fit wonderfully into the lmg role.
i like very much <i>everything</i> you've done with this concept.. i think it's very workable. reminds me of a ruger mp-9, what with the way the pistol grip is in a loop of its own. very tasteful.
Oh and putting a rocket on your back and flying around with a machinegun would work irl? pah... <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
shure it will....the nasa build with bell some nice functional jetpacks in the 60´s.. they where flying thousands of test flights with these.. development continued through the Sixties on rocket chairs and rocket pogo sticks (lol no ****) in attempts to increase endurance and utility.... at the opening ceremonies of the Olympic Games in LA landet a dood with one of the newer, and smaller bell jetpack prototypes... this jetpack was used as a PR device to show americas superior technology in all sorts of movies, TV shows, and commercials.this jetpack was also used in one of the old james bond movies and used a hydrogen peroxide monopropellant, in a 70% to 85% concentration, with silver-mesh catalyst to decompose the peroxide. the older nasa/bell jetpack on the pic used a jetengine fueled with a bipropellant of kerosine and peroxide.. Propellant weight 47 lb Empty weight 83 lb Throttleable thrust 0-300 lb (your pilot better not weigh over 188!) Altitude 80+ ft Maximum speed 60+ mph Reliablility: 100% in more than 3000 flights ,just imagine what you cold do with todays technology...or maybe what you could do in 50 years.. <img src='http://vulaorg.hostme.com/pictures2/hightech/jetpack1969.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image'>
