Stickman Help

<div class="IPBDescription">lmao - help with image ready</div> I am having troubles making my stickman gif shortie with imageready i make a new frame but i can not edit it, adn i do it changes all frames
so i now duplicated with a newlayer and i still cant get my head round it.

anyone use anything else for gifs?
