Getting the v2.0.0 demo will be restrictive, but less resource consuming. v1.9D is restrictive free, but it does not record sound and can bog down some machines.

This program will record any DirectX or OpenGL game. Even OpenGL webpage games!

People who do machinima or are on mod teams will definately want to register this.

I made a quick little video in GTA: Vice City, <a href='http://www.espionagemod.com/users/doomaniac/Pwn%20City.wmv' target='_blank'>click here</a> to download it (4mb). Its compressed a lot w/ windows xp media creater thingamabob, but the video Fraps took was almost lossless as far as the compression went (most of it i assume was from going from 1024x768 res down to 640x480 due to it being a demo). And it didn't lag **AT ALL** while recording. Well not for me anyway. /me huggles Tiny God

I had that program for 2 months now.
It's nice, but even when you're not filming it slows down your fps.

I'm going to use Fraps for the NMRIH Video's I'm assigned to take. But for my DoD Movies I just .dem's to .avi's.

well its not even an ad like in adware programs, no, its just a watermark saying "Fraps Demo version www.fraps.com" (see my video, its in that)
