Orange Bar

1) When playing I keep seeing an orange bar appear at the bottom of my screen. Look like it's loading something, but Iv read everything I can find, and yet I still don't know what it is, so what is it?

2) Iv done the monitor calibration guide, as well as plenty of tweaking, but still NS's light levels are craped up. One monet it's so dark that i'm straining my eyes and the next I walk into a room filled with bright lights. It gives me a splitting headache. So is their any way to fix NS's light levels?

in response to #1 in cs that bar used to show up when you would d/l decals it must have something to do with it in ns.

Decals work in ns too.

True. We all should have cuddly gorge sprays (I've literally seen marines blasting away at a gorge until they noticed it was a decal).

Thanks guys, I guess the lighting is just a fundamental issue with the game.
