<div class="IPBDescription">More effective?</div> with all the changes in attacks of kharaa (specifically fades havin to wait till 3 hives to get acid rockets), are mines more effective?

At 2 hives, is the gorge bile bomb the only safe way to destroy a mine

(no i havent played 2.0 yet)

    Gorges own mines, as long as the team is intelligent to recognise this and cover a gorge.
    mines are also more expensive.
