Shotgun!

<div class="IPBDescription">Set hike!! Oh, and the "turrents..."</div> Mostly everyone today on nano, that played as aliens, thought that the shotgun was WAY to powerful. Here are our many resons...

1.) It is not effected by umbra, or so it seems.
2.) The ROF (Rate of Fire) is crazy, thats absolutly rediclious.
3.) The weapon itself its too powerful. Three shots can take down an onos, <i>three.</i>
4.) All this is bundled into one, nice little package, <b>for <u>ten</u> res.</b>

Thats a weapon of mass distruction. If you make it into the hive with four guys that have at least four shells in their shotgun, its over. The massive rate of fire on that thing will take down the hive in an instant. It takes sixteen shots to take down a hive fully, and if you have four guys inside their that land four shots, and that ROF your gonna by the time you die, its over. I know its only been three days since this has been out, but I think we all know when a weapon is by far <b>too powerful.</b> Three shots with that ROF to take down an onos is ubsurd.

I myself think that we should lower the ROF to 1.04 standereds, or at least one third. Make the shotgun effected by umbra, and do a little less damage with each pellet. The thing is more powerful than an HMG, and they said, when we asked the marine team in a game, that they didnt have any upgrades with the shotty when they took down an onos in <i><u>three</u></i> shots.

Turrets too have become a problem with farming. Quite often the marines team farms outside the CC hive in eclipse and sieges it. We had bile bomb, yes, but we cant get through with that many turrets. Its so easy to farm them for ten bucks, you cant get through that fortress. Sure, we can use umbra, what what happens when you throw <b>shotguns</b> into that mix? Its all over, and that combo works, <i>every time.</i> The turrets just need an increase in cost, thats it.

These two weapons are just <i>too</i> powerful.
