Changing Resolution To 1280*1024

how do u do that please? its not aviable inside HL

    If its not availible, then its probably because the engine doesn't support it. Meaning the only way to do it is use a thirdparty program to force it, in which case it wouldn't actually be 1280*1024, insted it would just be a lower resolution streched to fit 1280*1024 pixles.

    some people dont know their fractions.

    1280*1024 is usually unavailable as it does not fit the typical 4:3 aspect ratio. if you want baseline 1280, then if you have a normal monitor, you're going to want to go with 960 height.

    1280*960 - the REAL 1280 4:3 resolution.

    Learn it. Love it. Get a new vid card. 1600*1200 it.

    well i have a 19' flat screen and everyone recomends me 1280*1024
    what do YOu guys think (everyone = 2 persones)

    I have a 17" screen and I use 1280*1024. It <b>is</b> available in Half Life
