Question On Key Bindings

I had a question on keybindings based on the sheer volume of them. Do the bindings overlap b/w Alien and Marine, or does it comprise one huge list? Example; If I bind <b>B</b> to say... <i>Say "In position"</i> and <b>B</b> to Alien <i>"Evolve to <insert species>"</i> will it work for that specific function based on which team I am or do I have to bind them to two seperate buttons?

Some of the impulses overlap, yes. They don't overlap to do similar things, however. Do a search for the impulse list; you'll find it.
