Odd "system" Lag Problem Revisited

Its a unsolved question about random lag.
I run forward and i freeze for a sec.
People around me see me and I run in place.
Also If Im airborne when It happens, I dont fall on other peoples screen but float for a moment.
Its very irritating. Now, This happened back in 1.03.
But 1.04, it was gone. I dont remember having the problem.
First game of 2.0, its back.
Anyone have any idea?
It seems to happen more on other servers or maps than others.
Also, I seem to notice it if im moving fast alot.
If im lerking around or fade blinking, it happens often.
Yet when I ran around as an onos, I cannot recall if it happened, so I doubt it did.
