What is it, and can I use it?
Hey! I just saw that my favorite server (roobs) has a HLTV proxy. So, what does that mean? Can I, when I'm not playing (either because the server is full, or I just want to observe for a while without getting my hands dirty), use this in some way to observe the matches?

If so, how?

(And by the way, can we nerf all the whiners in 2.02?)

HLTV is a spectator proxy basically you can spectate games by joining a HLTV that's spectating a game.

So a hltv that's spectating may have like 1000 users spectating that single hltv!

Hope this isn't confusing for you HLTV can be launch via half life folder ( hltv.exe ) just connect it to a server and tell others the ip of YOUR HLTV to join and spectate the server that THE HLTV joined.

Hope that helps hahah but HLTV was developed so many users can specate clan matches or such by just one spectator proxy.
