<div class="IPBDescription">why all jerky?</div> why is the animation not smooth but more like snap-to-grid? looks to me like somebody is using integers instead of floats for on screen vertex positions.

    I'm not entirely sure what you're talking about, but maybe the fact that the inside-onos-stomach "sprite" is actually 12 (or maybe it's just 9) frames of an animated sprite? digested.spr, I believe. They're stitched together on the screen so it fills the whole screen, but only parts animate if I remember correctly.

    Oooh, you know what, I bet that's it. I was playing around with thirdperson mode on a local lan game, and when I evolved, I could still see the pink eggsac thing floating in front of my evolving skulk (that looked like a marine, by the way. It's hilarious to watch a marine run on the ceiling, upside down <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->)

    thirdperson was never intended and is of course not officially supported but it is fun to play with on lan... Sometimes any creature will be a marine in apperance but never the other way around, sometimes it works like it would have been intended if supported.
