Still Got Connection Probs

I have an athlon motherboard
32 ram
sound card and video card way beyond the requirements.
high speed cable
mouse/keyboard(obviously)
i see no reason why thsi is happening. with the original cs mod this happened but when i fixed norton to it it worked fine. i took of norton for NS but it still ceases to work. when i take of norton tho it actually checks the servers for one i can join in quikstart. with norton on it just goes one sec and say cennection prob(says that without norton too).

system specs = give us the EXACT system specs. For all you know the ultra top of the line GeForce might be compleatly incompatablie with NS. Just give us:
1) exact sysspecs
2) EXACTLY WHAT IS WRONG, I don't know what you problem is, all I know is that you are having 'connection' problems
3) exactly what the error msg is, what it says, where it apears, when it showes up etc
4) how do you connect to servers?

k i dnt got a "great videocard but its by far wut half-life takes. i got a geforce 2.
1.4 gigs in comp right now and alot of space. the problem is as i said. it says on a message that popos up
"connection attempt failed. Could not complete connection."
that comes up when i try to go quikstart it jsut zooms alot of crap then it comes up on the main title screen. and i can see no games on list when it ry to go open NS from desktop(not icon) and use the NS multy.

I'm assuming the "QuickStart" you use is after Mulitplayer. Try clicking on Internet Games and see what happens

ive tried that too and using the correwct filters. the games just dont show up on the list, period.

Djdude, your replies here are so malformed that I almost have to believe you are purposely trying to waste our time. So I am closing this topic.

Uninstall NS. Reinstall NS. During the install, it will prompt you to install Gamespy Aracde. Do so. When the installs have completed, reboot your PC. When you boot back up, run the gamespy arcade shortcut off your desktop. Go to half-life, then then Natural Selection section. You should have a list of servers - connect to one and play.
