<div class="IPBDescription">I need info.</div> Impatiently waiting for version 2 of NS, I turned to EverQuest to kill time, and wouldn't you know it, NS 2.0 was here in no time! The Corporal is back and I have one question. Where do I go download it? Is there a patch for those who already have NS, or do I have to delete the entire game and re-download it?

    ns changed to 95% so there is no patch its a new game and you need to adapt all strategies.

    Not necessary. However, the 2.0 installer will ask if you want to make a backup of your original folder. I would recommend this if you have any files other than the standard install. I recall hearing that a few mappers lost some hard work because they didn't use the backup (me included, though if you had seen my feeble attempts at mapping you'd say "good riddance" <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->).

    The Corporal is back to fragging slime ball after slime ball in the Voogru and Team Fun servers! However being eaten by an Onos is NOT a pleasent experience.     Usual practice is to abbrev. though. I'm all with Cpl. Hicks on this one. I suggest you deathmatch it out, with top-tier technology: Corporal Hicks gets hmg/ha, Cpl. Hicks gets Onos with redemp/cel/sof. Let the battle commence!

    Dude.. Tourney mode was in 1.0 too. Its just NS + FF and No ping of death for aliens and both teams have to have someone say ready before the match will start.
    I guess I could probably set you guys up for a round once my clans new server is up, now that I have admin... The only real problem with tournamentmode is that it is "Just NS + FF" You still need an alien team (or sv_cheats 1) and theres still only one comm. and the FF damamge is only a small fraction of what it usually is (A marine with lvl 0 armour can take 3 lvl3 shotgun shots at pointblank range before dying)
