Why Are Admins Trying To Rule Their Own Server?

<div class="IPBDescription">why?</div> Ive seen admins kicking comms on the other team, Ive seen admins making a big fuss about building certain types of chambers first, Ive even seen admins calling the marines lame when they were rushing the 1st hive when all the aliens went gorge to get resnodes and gang up on the marine base. Why is this?
As long as people arent playing songs on the voicecomm in the RR and try to get a good game going, why do you have to make your own prefs so clear. You have a nice server, one of the few around. Dont act like a bunch of nazis forcing your will upon people, try to get a good game going instead. Balanced teams amd fair play should be youre goal, not complaining about certain details in a game or being scared of losing a game on your own server. Irs the **** american, second attatchment, way of live.
The admins might own the hardware, but they don't own the software, and their abusive behaviour compromises the NS franchise.
I'm quite sure the owner of the intellectual property could enforce license terms which bind the server owners to certain standards, if he so desired.
Admin troubles depends on your region, and luck to some extent.

i followed them as best i could.. but im the one out there with my nose in the dirt like the other grunts..
i think these people have forgotten what a game is.. or fun..

Now, this is not to take away from the responsibility of the server owner to control his/her admins. I personally admin my server, and have no other people administrating because I do not want to deal with people coming to me to complain about admin abuse (which, of course, is a subjective opinion - arent they all??!!). Unfortunately, I cannot watch the server 24/7, so a good portion of the time people are playing without an admin...
The upside is, when I am around I try to respect everyone who plays on the server (cause I want them to come back). I have found a loyal following of quality individuals, who really kind of administrate themselves.
My recommendation, which has been mentioned already, is to move to another server. There are plenty of them out there, and I would argue most try to keep players and admin with respect.
