jump and point into direction you wanna fly and then blink while still holding jump .. you will fly in that direction, you can get to vent in ceiling, roof in power silo, to catwalk in viaduct, you can fly over marine turrets you can do almost anything. If you practice a bit you can even hover for some limited time :-) Very funny...
Another easy way to experience "flying" is just running with fade into wall and hitting jump key with blink in last moment :-)
