Cant Join Any Server

<div class="IPBDescription">error message inside</div> i get this message every time i try to log to a server using all seeing eye

tmessage::TextMessageParse : messagecount>=MAX_MESSAGE

also, when trying to use the ingame browser, i click on internet gamesand i get a message saying my NS executable is out of date, ns will now update, i click ok and then the HL update comes up and tells me my HL is up to date.
