    Absolutely lovely mate!

    Love the greens/blues that you have incorporated into your map, plus the risen walkways. The texturing could not be better, the lighting is great and the concoction of lower and higher levels works a treat ( and the last pic shows great concealment for Skulks).

    Bloody lovely.

    Love that crosshatched netting texture. Goes really well.
    Very sinister feel.

    I'm gonna start work on the next hive room now. Its gonna be the high security cell room with mr. freeze (the chryo tube guy). I'm gonna go for a tall cylindrical look.     Heres one pic (its not the hive I know). Please I know the lighting licks scrotums, but it shows that I really shouldn't map when its late at night and I just had a waterpolo practice... anyway theres a couple more on the way, just lemme resize em and fix the gamma.

    Here all I did was change some lighting and effects (the beams of light).

    Last one, added some lights on the roof as well as the infestation. With the new lights it really shows that little bit of architecture going up the walls, which was hardly visible in earlier builds.

    last one has a lovely architecture, but maybe add mist just underneath the blue lights?     sky... looks good nothing bad to say there (apart from the bad quality of the screenshot <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->), but I still have worries about the skulk sky walking, or have you fixed it?

    Looks most excellent, the first pic reminds me of the colony from Aliens, and adding rain would only serve to add to this comparision.     I think you should definately stick to the AvP2-style wall-climbing limits, aka, the barbed wires, on any outdoor areas... right?

    I'd just say that compared to the rest of the map, that hive you posted above (most recently posted hive pics, I haven't read the whole thread), is too bright to really match the theme you have going.

    I say use a trigger push on where you dont want people to go. Dont worry about the barbed wire, I personally dont think thats a good way to solve the problem and it would look ugly.

    Which lights look strange to you? Also, what do you folks think about changing the fog colour? I got a suggestion to change it to dark blue and I just wanted to know what everyone else thinks would look nice.
