LOL these are all good arguments but so many of them are floored

I would like to see 3-4 Onos no 6 Onos hit 20 lvl 3 turrets LOL they will not survive they may get one ore two turrets down if they are lucky but the marines will get (3x6) 18 RP that is 2 off of 2 new turrets and if they are well placed then you will not get to the turret factory. So what to do well if the aliens used a lerk they could then umbra year that will work until the marines get GL then the umbra will not work. So what can aliens do next well they can try a fade and try to Acid rocket but the marines would kill them to easily with GL and the same with the Gorge it is not going to happen. So the aliens have all the res and all the hives so what the marines are building more and more and more turrets and if they do it right they can just move out with turrets (because there is no limit on them) till every think is theirs.

I think that you should do what Jean Luc Picard said and have a limit but I think it should be about 10 (I don?t know till it is tried).

I have played on a lot of public severs and the word team work should flash every 10 sec because there is no team work. The only way I will play the game is if it is with my clan.

    Yesterday I saw 1 onos, 1 fade and 1 lerk kill an outpost of about 7/8 turrets and an electrified turret fac in a very short time. I have seen it happen. All turrets were lvl 3 btw.

    There were a few marines there but they wern't working together so they got owned naturally.
    Incase you were wondering marines won that round by siegeing their second hive and overpowering them with about 10 heavies...

    I have always backed the idea of TF limiting.

    If you want to spam and make a Turret Farm, thats fine, but it has to cost you out the ****!
    1 TF can support 8 turrets, that can be 8 turrets or 8 sieges, 7 T and 1 SC, 6 and 2, 5 and 3... and so on. If you want to place more turrets, you need to place a second TF. Each TF can only keep the Turrets it has placed running, you lose the TF and you lose that group of Turrets, if you replace the TF, it will work again, but only 1 TF can power the Max number of turrets its allowed any more wont work!

    This will allow farms, but its gonna cost you alot, so is it worth it?

    Don’t get me wrong I have seen 7-8 turrets been taken down easily to but not 20 that are being looked after

    The sad thing is that you shouldn't need a turret farm of 20 turrets, you shouldn't be in a place long enough to even build that many turrets. Let alone need them. I think if you need some turrets drop about 5 and a siege, siege what you need to and move on. if its in a hive location, marines should be putting pressure on their res/hive not sitting on the hive needing 20 turrets. Thats just my opinion

    Of course 6 Onos are going to get owned by a turret farm if they don't have support and backup from teammates. Just throwing Onos at a marine encampment will never take it down, because while Onos are powerful, they are not some sort of ultimate god-things. Back those Oni up with lerks and gorges people. Come on, what are you thinking? It's a team game, so play like a team. Umbra, spores, primal scream, bile bomb, heal spray, and web. Support support support!!!

    The point that I am trying to make is that when playing on a public server there is next to no team work and people just do stupid things like turret farming so there needs to be a way to stop this. Every think I think is ok in a clan match I think aliens have the advantage in a clan match when people work to gather but no one douse in a public sever. So what to do I think “A” solution is a limit on turrets like what Majin said.

    I agree that something has to be done about the mass turret farms, gorges cant even get near enough to take them out with BB and onii just get mowed down.

    7-8 turrets is nothing. Try getting into a base with around 40 turrets and 5 Marines inside. This situation happens a lot, and it is really ****.

    LOL soberana you can not stop any one from doing any think you can just make it harder to do it if some one wonts an AWP in CS they can they just have to save and if you won’t a Turret farm you should have to spend a lot more RP on more TF
