Just look for blender exporters/plugins. If you can export it to any format that half life supports your good to go. 3d studio max for example
Wavefront OBJ
Autodesk 3ds
Lightwave LWO
Softimage XSI
etc etc.
Now if you can import it into milkshape, you know it's possible to use into half life (excluding factors like poly limitations etc). So if you can find an exporter that allows you to export a blend file to any of those (and there are a few more too) then it should be possible to either work with it from there or import it into milkshape and work with it from there as well. Not sure if that made any sense.... I've never actually tried it so this is theory
*edit* did a quick search; http://www.unrealized.com/main/tools.html?...eling#935240359
this page is kinda old because it still refers to the c-key, but it says you can export to DXF; well milkshape can import DXF files so therefore if you export a blender model to DXF you should be able to import it and work with it as if it was a milkshape model to begin with. or whatever....
I haven't touched blender in forever so I forgot most of this stuff
If there was, it certainly wouldn't be anything around 1800 >_<

From what he's saying it should be possible..it really is a shame that Blender doesn't have nicer import / export options as it has a lot of really nifty features..
