Amx Changeteams For Ns Request

I've looked all over the AMX forums and webbie and I cannot find a plugin for changeteams that works specifically for NS anywhere. Found a few for CS, but I have no knowledge in scripting for AMX. I see the option for it thru HLSW also, but it's grayed out, so I don't know if it's supposed to already be in the AMX directory or not, I can't find it. Using .9.5 beta btw. If anyone could come up with a plugin for point me to one I'd be grateful.
