Squad Creating Problem

<div class="IPBDescription">I can't make squads.</div> My problem is realy simple. ctrl 1.2.3.4.5 aren't functioning and I can't use the hotkeys. (jump to need health etc.)
Is there any solutions which can solve these problems ?
(I'm not alone with it)

It's not ctrl-1,2,3,4,5 but crouch-1,2,3,4,5
So if you don't have your ctrl key bound to crouch (I use shift myself), then it doesn't work with ctrl.
