Ollj didn't model it he added smoothing groups and tweaked it with legs and such but he took the model from me (after i put all the parts together) and i took the parts of the model from another person. If you search around I'm sure you'll find his post and name.

I made a new face for the overlord because the little black eyes just bug me, but when I tried it out in-game the idle animation didnt really work. guys, this isnt based on the starcraftf opne, its based on starcraft GHOST one which doesnt have those bits around the eyes and is <span style='color:red'>red</span>

some ghost models are lookin weird, imho
but what was your ref pic? the only pic i found showing an overlord was this:
