Well here's the deal:
I just formatted than reinstalled 98 (it's the only thing I got... I'll upgrade later) I turn on my net_graph 1, and the little green line spikes to as high as it can go every 3 seconds, and when the line spikes it makes my video skip. Anyone happen to know why, and how I might fix this? Edit: Well after attempting to listen to music and type things up, it seems everything about my computer skips every 3 seconds. This seems like a much bigger issue than something in HL like I though....
