Seems more suitable if it were against a black background. Kinda hurts my eyes and the noise is a bit extreame, but really good work.

I don't know how to explain this but try converting a BMP file to a GIF file. All those extra ugly speckles are the noise. Some programs like Photoshop can reduce noise when converting, like <a href="http://gamingscreenshots.com/gta3.asp?curpage=31" target="_blank">here</a>(yes, it is a gif file)
