System Has Been "modified"?

<div class="IPBDescription">Can't play on any server</div> I just downloaded NS, and I can connect fine, but once I get on, I can't do anything (I think I can chat however). A message flashes, something like "Your system has been modified, please remove the modifications. [ 5 54 60 61 62 63 ]" Can anyone help me with this??

Btw, I'm using WinXP SP1, installed NS in C:\sierra\counter-strike\

    odd. If it said your exe has been modified I'd suggest a virus scan. Might be worth while anyway .

    Please - if you scan for viruses use up to date software - and that means updated this WEEK not this year ok <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Hmm so u can get into a game? and only chat? last time i heard this was a CD problem, have u updated to the latest CD? tryed reinstalling HL and NS? tryed reinstalling CD? i have to ask but did u install any cheats, im guessing no.

    Also as eaglec said run a virus scan to see if their is a virus altering all your files. (i will have my shotty award back eag <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->)
