[query] Heavy Footsteps

hey fellas,

i recently replaced most of my sounds with the sc soundpack, although i didn't use all the sounds in there.
anyway, the old heavy armor footstep sounds i had just DONT play.
ive replaced them with the proper files, the whole works, they just NEVER play.
its like stealth HA...
i have no idea why its doing this. can anyone enlighten me please?

no, thats not it. old has had no footsteps, but i dont know if there were any replacements... can you post a link or upload the file please?

I didn't edit the footsteps in any way, but I was thinking of giving them a golith sound but never bothered to.

ya i know, but for some reason the footstep sounds just dont play at all :/
the soldier footsteps work fine, but as soon as you get HA, its just silence...

i tried them now, and i dont hear anything either. besides, the original ha footsteps are imho better.
